Lily Spa has a varied selection of different saunas.

You will get the best effect of a sauna bath when it is obtained by heat and cold followed by rest and water. Feel free to participate in one of our sauna rituals.

Sauna with temperature between 70 and 75.

Tumma means “Dark” in Finnish. Because of the colour inside, it pushes you to use your other senses more. Without too much distraction you feel the heat, hear the water evaporating and smell the essential oils

Here we have our aufguss rituals.

Sauna temperature between 60 and 65.

Syva means “Deep, Intense” in Finnish. In this sauna the focus is to let you connect deeper with your inner self by using essential oils, breathing techniques and meditation / yoga.

Steam room temperature is between 40 and 45 degrees and with an humidity of 80 to 100%

Kostea means “Steam, moist ” in Finnish and this is because of the high humidity level and is very good for the Respiratory system. Here it is the perfect environment to have a nice Scrub ritual or Rhassoul.

Lämmin lepo means “a worm rest” and this room is perfect to go in and rest. For example after a Hamam treatment or a session in the steambath or sauna.

Hamam or Turkish bath is normally a place of public bathing. It provided for the needs of ritual purification and general hygiene. The hamam became popular as a therapy, method of cleansing and a place for relaxation.

Höyrä or Höyry is the Finnish word for “Steam” and is because of the high humidity level very good for the respiratory system. This is the perfect environment to have a nice Scrub ritual or Rhassoul.

After a massage or skin treatment it is necessary for the body to get back in balanse. It is advised to go to this room to let the body rebalance. In combination with water or tea your body can take its time to do this.
